• If your order is delayed, we kindly ask you to wait up to 25 business days before requesting a refund or replacement.

• Our 30-day money-back guarantee starts from the day your order is delivered, not the purchase date.

 

For subscription products and consumables average delvery time is 4-10 days. 

All products purchased under a subscription with the first month free will be shipped only after one month from the purchase date, provided the subscription remains active. If the subscription is canceled before the first month ends, the order will not be shipped. This policy is in place to prevent misuse.
